When selecting your product and proceeding to the checkout you will be asked to select your delivery option, this should be selected by choosing the relevant item from the drop down menu (Example : If you have bought a Ceramic Sink you would select Ceramics etc), this will give you the correct delivery charge to be paid and therefore save any hold ups in your order being processed. If you are buying multiple items then please select from the drop down menu the highest priced delivery charge on the items that you are purchasing (Example : If you are purchasing a Granite Sink & a Tap you would choose Granite Sink).

Deliveries are usually made within 3 - 7 Working Days however if there are any delays this will be clarified by our staff via email or telephone.
All items are to be inspected by the customer upon receipt of delivery and no damage claims will be accepted, under no circumstances should the items be fitted or removed from their original packaging.
Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return an item to ourselves it is your own responsibility to return the item in the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. If this is not met then no refund will be granted for the returned item. All returns must be returned to CLC Kitchens within 7 Working Days of delivery.
Please Note : If you wish to make a return it is your responsibilty to notify the office via email or telephone, a letter with the item returned is not sufficent and no refund will be processed until this has taken place.
If you wish to exchange an item which has been ordered in error then this will need to be done within 7 Working Days and payment will need to be taken in full for the new item until the old one is returned. A refund will be granted on the return of the exchanged item to ourselves upon inspection and testing that the item is in a resellable condition.
Please Note : Under no circumstances will we be able to release an exchanged item without the full payment for the item or the unwanted item being returned to ourselves.
If you choose to reject an item upon delivery from the driver this will incur a £25 re-delivery charge which will be deducted from your refund. However this will not occur if the item is damaged or is an error on our behalf, Alternatively you can choose to return the item yourself at your own cost.
If you find your item to be damaged when delivered via a Courier it is your responsibility to report this to ourselves within 2 Working Days, no damage claims will be accepted if reported out of this time period. Under no circumstances should the damaged item be thrown away or fitted and must be returned to ourselves. We shall have no liabilty for any claim in respect of an alleged defect, fault or error which would be apparent on inspection before use or fitting. The replacement item will be delivered within normal lead times as stated when placing your order.
PLEASE NOTE : We do not refund any postage charges that have been incurred by CLC Kitchens and Bedrooms. If you wish to exchange an item you will have to pay postage costs again.
Made to Measure Doors
Please note any made to Measure Doors cannot be returned under any circumstances.
